Three-year Limited Warranty


This warranty service policy is applicable to Beiliande servers sold and used in Chinese Mainland (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), including X86 servers, localized servers, edge computing and embedded products.

The Beiliande server is guaranteed nationwide. In case of hardware failure within the warranty scope, you can call the Beiliande service hotline 400-812-9629, and the service personnel will arrange the nearest Beiliande technical support service agency for you to provide warranty services.

From the date of your purchase (subject to the date of receipt of Beiliande's delivery note; if the date of receipt cannot be verified, the date identified by the server's production serial number (S/N) shall prevail) , Beiliande will provide the warranty service listed in the attached table for the hardware failure of the factory configuration of your purchased Beiliande server.

Other Parts Warranty Remarks:

Ⅰ. Other repair and replacement parts: The warranty period of the machine (part) repaired by our company in various service institutions is the same as the warranty period of the original machine (part). If it is less than three months from the end of the warranty period, the warranty period of the replaced parts is three months from the date of replacement.

Ⅱ. Other parts added during the warranty period: 1. The remaining warranty period of the server is ≥ 1 year. The parts have the same warranty period as the whole machine, and free door-to-door service with the same warranty period as the whole machine; 2. Remaining warranty period of this server< One year, the parts are guaranteed for one year, and free door-to-door service is provided along with the same service life of the complete machine, and the customer is sent for repair after the time limit expires;

Ⅲ. Other parts to be replaced and added beyond the warranty period: one year (inclusive) from the date of purchase, and sent by the customer for repair

Note:

1. The iron parts, chassis locks and rails in the cabinet and host chassis are not covered by the warranty.

2. Delivery for repair means that the user sends the defective parts to the designated maintenance point of Beiliande for repair or replacement, and after the repair or replacement is completed, they will be returned by the user himself or by Beiliande's delivery.

3. 5 × 9: It refers to 9:00-18:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays).

4. 7 × 24: From 0:00 to 24:00 from Monday to Sunday.


Warranty Content and Method


Service Hotline Acceptance:

Beiliande provides 7-X24-hour hotline service for 3 years. If you have any problems with the server hardware, you can call the service hotline 400-812-9629 for help at any time. Our engineers will provide you with after-sales technical support (fault reporting, hardware repair, etc.), service policy consultation, complaints and suggestions and other service requests.


Remote Fault Diagnosis

After receiving your fault report, the engineer of Beiliande will make a telephone response within 1 hour. He will first conduct remote fault analysis and handling, and eliminate the fault in time. Remote fault diagnosis includes telephone support and remote access.


Priority Replacement Service For Spare Parts

For areas not covered by the on-site service or other situations that do not meet the on-site service conditions, if it is really necessary to replace the faulty parts after confirming with your technicians, we will provide service by giving priority to the replacement of spare parts. Priority service for replacement of spare parts means that you can obtain the replacement of such defective products or parts without first returning them to Beiliande. The spare parts may be new products or good products of the same category with good performance.


On Site Technical Support

During the free warranty period, Beiliande will arrange experienced technical service personnel for on-site maintenance of equipment problems that cannot be effectively solved through remote technical support. The service outlets cover cities providing door-to-door service on the second working day, and other cities provide door-to-door service on the third working day.

The user needs to provide the following information when requesting repair:

1. Product model (MODEL); 2. Product serial number (S/N); 3. System error information; 4. Detailed fault description; 5. User unit, contact person, contact information and detailed address.

Special Tips and Instructions


After Sales Service Confirmation Procedure

Please prepare the purchase invoice and machine serial number corresponding to the faulty machine when the technical support department of Beiliande serves you. If you cannot show any warranty certificate such as purchase invoice and machine serial number corresponding to the faulty machine, Beiliande has the right not to provide warranty service.


Extension of Warranty Period

The server products repaired by the technical support department of Beiliande will continue to enjoy this warranty service commitment during the warranty period. If the free warranty period is less than three months from the date of repair, Beiliande promises to extend the free warranty service period to three months from the date of repair. At that time, please issue a valid Beiliande repair record.


Data Backup

Please be sure to back up or retrieve the information programs you think are valuable in time before receiving the service. Beiliande and its certification service agencies are only responsible for the maintenance and testing of products. No data recovery and backup will be provided within the service scope specified in this document. Beiliande and its certification service institutions will not be responsible for the damage or loss of data, programs or storage media.

The situations mentioned below are not included in the scope of maintenance services. (Beiliande does not provide maintenance services)

1. Failure or damage caused by the incompatibility between the non Bilinde products and the Bilinde system.

2. Failure or damage caused by unacceptable non-standard operation not mentioned in the instruction document.

3. Failure or damage caused by direct or indirect unavoidable causes or force majeure (such as natural disasters, wars, etc.).

4. Failure or damage caused by vibration, collision, accidental drop, etc.

5. Faults or damages caused by the user's operating environment (such as high temperature, vibration, dust and oil).

6. Failure or damage of the machine caused by installation, repair, change or disassembly by non authorized institutions and personnel of Beiliande.

7. Capacitors and chips are broken down and burned.

8. The data on the storage device is changed or lost.

This standard warranty service commitment is applicable to Beiliande server products sold, purchased and used in Chinese Mainland (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).
